       Good finds, Pete!
       Penney was also the Court Clerk at the 1915 Trial of Harry Thaw.
       He got to announce, and out loud, the fine that
       multi-millionaire Jay Gould received for snubbing several calls
       to serve jury duty in March 1891....$250.
