people face prejudices every day, white black Chinese Indian all
of us. It doesn't matter what race you are somewhere along the
line people are going to question something either your actions
were whatever. I know we say that it's not fair but some
prejudices are just personal preferences. And I hope that that
makes sense..
My parents are a prime example my parents are very strict about
our learning, what movies we watch, what activities we engage
in, and they positively have to know who we are with if we go
out to someone's home. My parents do not allow us to post our
images on instant Gram or anything that would put our faces or
personal information..on the Internet. So most of the time they
discourage the use of technology unless it is used for school
work. Most of our friends still play games and enjoy simple
conversations. I know people now can just sit in a room together
everyone on different laptops and no one saying a thing...
Interesting huh..my parents steer us away from people who are
very into displaying their selves on social networks. I know my
friends hated when I duck out of pictures. Worked cover-up with
hats and glasses. A lot of my friends think that I am just
acting like I am too good to be around them because I don't want
to disobey my parents by getting displayed on the Internet. When
I get to be 21 of course it is my choice but as long as I am
living in their house I have to follow their rules
