       that serves recipients of Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC)
       Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) in Florida.
       WellCare health insurance offers excellent medical services
       coverage and benefit programs that make them a good choice for
       seniors, families, and individuals, including children in
       Staywell Kids. So contact your insurance company or give us a

       information we can provide you with.
       Most insurance plans, including Medicare, workers’ compensation,
       and private insurers, pay for Physical Therapy services that are
       medically necessary and that are provided by or under the
