       Dear Friends,
       The Rainbow Nation was a fraud all along. We at the Cape Party
       will not accept the expropriation of private property in this
       country without a fight. The right to private property was a
       vital component of the CODESA agreements in 1993, which
       functioned as a peace treaty. This peace treaty has now been
       broken.
       The Cape Party has consulted top constitutional and human rights
       lawyers and we have decided that our only recourse to safeguard
       your property is to take this case to the International Court of
       Justice, in The Hague.
       South Africa is a signatory to a number of international
       conventions which prohibits the arbitrary confiscation of
       private property.
       We will seek an order declaring this act of parliament a crime
       against humanity, this is vital because we have no guarantee
       that this insanity will stop at land expropriation and such a
       declaration will make this act of the Government unlawful in
       terms of international law.

       type of litigation and our legal team is ready to do what they
       must do.
