       The Western Cape water shortage is a governance crisis.
       The 50 largest dams in South Africa according to the Department
       of Water and Sanitation (DWS).
       Western Cape dams are highlighted in yellow.
       The biggest dam in the Western Cape is one-tenth the size of the
       biggest dam in the country.
