       Welcome to the CamMed 3D Group

       Thank you for joining us and welcome to the Cambridge Medical
       Visualisation and Printing Group.
       The group has been established by employees of Cambridge
       University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the purpose of
       information exchange and the sharing of ideas in topics relating
       to 3D visualisation and 3D printing in medicine and the life
       sciences. This might include all branches of medicine and
       surgery, biomedical sciences, medical education, patient/ public
       information, clinical research, veterinary medicine, and
       closely-related industries. It is open to anyone with an
       interest in such topics to join. There is no subscription to
       join the group or to attend its regular meetings.
       Initially, the group’s activities are comprised of:
       A discussion forum, currently hosted at:

       To join the forum, potential members need only apply through the
       web address above and complete their profile.
       The forum permits respectful communication on any relevant
       topic.
       Posts may be moderated, but the organisers take no
       responsibility for their content.
       Group meetings, currently planned to occur approximately four
       times per year.
       Dates and times will be announced through the Forum. An initial
       meeting has been arranged for 12th March 2018 in Rosie Seminar
       room 5, Cambridge University Hospitals, Hills Road Cambridge CB2
       0QQ.
       The precise structure and frequency of meetings will be
       determined by discussion among the group’s members. However, it
       is proposed that they be comprised of a balanced mix of:

       skills; printing technologies, etc.

       From time to time the group might also wish to organise
       workshops and other events. Where there are costs incurred to
       run such meetings, the cost will be borne by attendees on a
       not-for-profit basis.
       This is your group, so please feel free to contact us by sending
       a message to the Administrator, with any ideas or suggestions
       for ways in which we can foster communication among interested
       people, whether in the Cambridge area or beyond. Tell us what
