       Short fuzzy black hair, with large brown eyes.
       Pales skin, and a short stature.
       He wears comfy clothes, usually something like a jacket and
       jeans.
       PERSONALITY
       He often talks too fast, and has a certain adoration for cars.
       He's always smiling for no reason, and some people thinks he's
       simply gone crazy but that's not the case.
       He's just happy most times since he hasn't got a mean bone in
       his body, some find his cheer almost grating.
       HISTORY
       He let pallet town and was then attacked by a mad pack of
       evil...RATTATA. It shook him to his very core and he hated
       pokemon from then on, but his mother didn't want him to be
       afraid of their growlith so she tried to get him out of his
       pokemon defense shell. Eventually he came around to find that
       they weren't all evil rattata, and was given his very own
       pokemon by professor oak. Of course he didn't want any of the
       usual beasts of burden, and opted for a real odd one. RELICANTH.
       Yes Oak had bred two Relicanth's recently and had the egg left
       over, he wouldn't be able to hatch it so he gave it to Arnold,
       and lo and behold it hatched. That was when their bond formed
       and they were set to adventure for life. Arnold named Relicanth,
       Canter, and they set off on their wonderful journey.
