       extremely adhd, she's not able to sit still at all
       usually alone with her Pokemon
       HISTORY
       a native of sinnoh by origin, she was put under the care of
       distant relatives in johto to try and help her with her severe
       adhd, it has gotten worse over the time she's been there. her
       only treatment which seems to work is Pokemon training.
