We could re-launch HMS Walk Tall & HMS TJ and have a boat race.
;D ::)

Not a bad idea! ;D
Talking about a WT-v-TJ race, wonder who'll get the FTFs on my
new series? (and who will go backwards and find the Bonus by
mistake this time?) :D

Depends when it is released. If I'm off work then I will be out
the door like a scalded cat.

Sounds great. The only thing with the 13th is it is WWFM day, so
it should be at 6pm so cachers can hit two birds with one stone.
Local event it may clash with:
GC5P6BC (Gloucester)
HTML http://coord.inf
o/GC5P6BC
Maybe we should hold it another day, at noon, like normal?
Logical options:
Sunday 14th
Saturday 20th
Sunday 21st
[/quote]
Can't do weekends of 20th or 27th
Perhaps more reason to have it at 12noon - No souvenir at this
time or would there be?
Wasn't GS saying something recently about not wanting cachers
being forced to do things at certain times or something like
that?

I like this sort of idea too.
Do let me know soon if I am needed to do anything.

I don't think the souvenir would apply for noon ??? So many
cachers would choose to focus their attention on attending a 6pm
one :(
I do think noon is a better time though, any other ideas for the
date then? I'm thinking we should maybe avoid the 13th now
keeping in mind what has been discussed?

I don't care about the souvenir and I know I'm not the only one
here. If it's held at noon, it will gives others a chance to
attend and then go to another Event if they want to get a
souvenir.
It's not much of a flash mob Event now that GS has ruled that no
Event can be shorter than 30 mins, sort of ruins the idea :(
The next date I can do will not be till weekend of the 4th July

Looking through Events, there's currently only one Event on the
13th June within 40 miles of home and that's the one by
Gloucester over 22 miles for me :o

I think we could keep going round and round on this and as there
are no close Events, I've stuck with the original plan of the
13th June at 12 noon. The theme being "boat race" :)

Yay, one of the few Saturdays that I am available. I will be
there (Going to be difficult to inflate boat without drawing
attention to myself)
