With the longer event time could have a 5 a side (or more) footy
match (or other game).

No thoughts?
I think the 13th June is a good idea since it's WWFM; we could
do it at 12:00 as normal or at 18:00 since it's likely that most
cachers that day will want to be part of WWFM (don't they give
souvenirs now?)
Alternatively, we could do it on another date?
Can't think of what this year's theme would be though ???

13th June any time, is good for me. Weekdays in June are not
good. due to a large work project, and home school work for work
:P
I don't haven't had any other ideas for a theme. I am not a
football fan, but the last idea I gave still stands.. of a 5 a
side type splashfootball game. The non-caching one they do in
the river each year is quite fun to watch. Everyone wouldn't
have take part if they don't want to, as long as you have had a
few to play each side, the rest could just stand in the side of
the river and watch. My eldest son Tom, who is not a cacher,
said he'd be happy to help arrange the football side, if that is
what others wanted to do as football is his thing.
Happy to go along with whatever theme is chosen though of course
:)

I quite like the idea of the 'splashfootball' game, it'll vary
it considerably from previous years :)
And it's something which could take half an hour :D

this out. 13th June at 12noon sounds good and football - why not

Sounds great. The only thing with the 13th is it is WWFM day, so
it should be at 6pm so cachers can hit two birds with one stone.
Local event it may clash with:
