Ah yes, I remember walking past that creation.
BUT
I cannot remember where it was. I have got a picture in my mind
of the route after passing there but it doesn't help me remember
where i was at the time.
It will come to me................eventually :-\

Hmmmm, not so sure now. I think I was thinking of a very similar
looking vegetable trolley outside a house.
So going on it being a similar design I am going to
say...........
Ground Control to Major Tom (But don't ask me which one)
