No, wrong direction from the last guess.

Running out of big Scottish new stories, last 2 were Jimmy
saville's old retreat and the last the proposed power
plant'.....mmm thinking along the whiskey lines now.

The only place we can think of is Lossiemouth, where the RAF
base is a proposed location for the "British" space port that
could be built for Virgin space flights.
