Great news that the twixmas event may happen after all, I will
keep an eye out on this thread for further news, many thanks to
all involved in taking on the organisation of it all.

I too am very grateful to [member=61]strongsRus[/member] and
[member=118]Calabrian Dreamer[/member] ;D
Unless anything else pops up before then (unlikely) you'll have
the honor of organising our 25th event :)

Any news on the event being published?
Only 2 more days until it will be too late!

We sent it to the reviewer on Monday - can we chase them?

I don't think the 2 weeks deadline should be a problem as the
event was submitted for review well before the 2 weeks

Are you sure it's properly submitted ???
Based on caches I've submitted, I haven't seen them take this
long even when it gives the warning that they may take up to a
week :o And presumably event caches take priority in the
queue...
I'd chase it if it were me - who's the reviewer for that area
???

We have been in touch with the reviewer, there were a couple of
issues which we think we have resolved so hopefully it shouldn't
be too long now....
It is our first event and we didn't have time to scrutinise all
the rules - sorry!
