Biggest problem is that geocaching is USA based, so what chance
do they have getting caches in the correct county, especially as
we (the UK) keeping moving the lines :o
That's why I've settled to use My Geocaching Profile
HTML http://www.mygeocachingprofile.com/
for the Counties, using
in-conjunction with Memory Map but keep away from the borders to
make sure the cache is in the County you want :)

I use My Geocaching profile. Or, google the town/area I'm in and
see what county they're in, if I'm not sure :)

Amazingly enough I found what I was looking for already on
GC.com. Just need to select 'Esri WorldTopoMap' and that gives
you a map like this
