Over on Cotswold Caching I've started a thread about meeting up
for the predicted 4* Severn Bore on the morning of Sunday 2
       March. See

/>and making it an event cache. For more information as things
develop then head over there or feel free to PM through either
       forum or GC.com.

I submitted the event cache listing for review earlier today.
I'll post the GC number and a link to the listing page as soon
       as it's been published.

Never been to Epney before, what's the parking like if it gets
       busy?

The road through the village looks (google street view) wide
enough for a row of cars to park along.
       Does the village flood?

tarmacjohn and walktall, sorry for not replying to your posts.
The road through the village is reasonably wide, so I don't
anticipate there being any problems parking. There's a small
pull off area at one of the parking waypoints and there's also
the pub car park (they do say on their website that they open
for some bores, but I don't yet know if that will include this
       one).
I'm not aware of any particular problems of flooding here,
although there's always the risk of it occurring. I intend to
check the location out either on the Friday night on my way home
from work or on a roundabout route to/from my daughter's
swimming lesson on the Saturday morning, and then log an
'Announcement' on the cache listing page.
