And to throw more into the mix, well the right car park.
If you have solved Coed y Cwm
  HTML http://coord.info/GL17NCMQ,
the red route passes close to this
cache, if you are prepared for a long search ::)

Or, you could be really, really, really kind (or, as it is
Sugarloaf, sweet) and give us a pointer to shorten that search
       :D ;D
Would solve the puzzle before though, of course. Otherwise it
       wouldn't be fair! ;)

       Geocache Description:
It's time for another CacheWalker bash, this time on tour!
An Event at the top of Sugar Loaf, with a group walk up before
the Event. All are welcome for either the pre-Event walk or the
       Event itself or both.
The CacheWalker members are on tour again, a break from hosting
many Events in the Cotswolds we have decided to go for something
a bit more adventurous. We thought it was time we tackled
       another proper bloomin hill.
  HTML http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/ii605/GriffGrof/CW_Banner_OnTour_Transparent_zps80e62372.png
The Event will be held at the summit of Sugar Loaf at 12noon on
Saturday 19th July for just one hour. Hopefully the weather will
be nice enough for us to have a sit down and enjoy a picnic.
If you wish to join us, there will be a group walk up, to
include some of the caches already on Sugar Loaf – more details
       to follow.
If you fancy joining us for the walk up or just meet up for the
Event at the summit, you can keep in touch with us via our
CacheWalker forum, we gladly welcome anyone wishing to join us.
       Disclaimer
All the usual blahdy, blah, blah which means you do everything
at your own risk and I am responsible for absolutely nothing
(including the weather). If you don't feel safe doing it, then
       don't do it. Simples
This Event was allowed to take place with the kind permission of
       Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol / National Trust.

meet up at 10am for a walk start at 10:15am - that should be a
nice amble up of 2 or 3 miles depending which car park we start
at and caches to include on the walk up?
The question is, are getting caches the overriding goal or a
good walk with a few caches as a bonus (the longer walk has
       fewer caches)?
O, and the name - at the moment I've gone for "CacheWalker On
Tour - one lump or two", as this has several links to what and
where i.e. sugar, how many up and down bits do we do, (tenuous
link) bumps from playing football. What do we think?
The Event will need to be submitted ASAP. Details could be
changed later if we decide different.

       That's good news. ;D
[member=3]walktall[/member] hang on - we should be releasing NEW
CacheWalker banners during the weekend, including a revised On
Tour logo, and one for the bottom of the event page with a brief
CW description linking here (to cachewalker.co.uk) - it'd be
really great if you could push for them to allow this, this is
what I would have done if I was doing the page - otherwise
people may not get to the forum to find out more about the
route! :o Plus you could justify that they allowed us to link
here for eighteen previous events, and we are not advertising
anything and are caching-related. GS themselves advertise,
actually ::) I think we just had a fussy reviewer that time, so
will send you the banner and we'll try it!
Also, have you written it by filling in and removing parts of
       this
  HTML http://cachewalker.createaforum.com/caching-events/cachewalker-event-page-html-code/<br
       /> ???
Also, are you going to add a map showing possible routes?
Personally, I think we should go for what you think is the best
walk route, people can divert in groups if they wish (like I
would) to find the other caches after the event, after all it's
       quality not quantity :)
Also, not completely sure on the name, but will go for it if
that's what the majority want :D

       [member=2]Griff Grof[/member]:
       - Haven't got access to the new banners, tried the link which
failed, so used the old. If they are released this weekend, I
can edit the page after but need to send it for review this
       evening.
       - Can't have a link to CacheWalker - the reviewers don't allow
it due to the adverts on this hosted forum. Both the last two,
TJ and myself, the reviewers have not allowed it.
       - The 'pre-pared' page I just got lost in it and it was far
easier to start a fresh, especially as time is very very
limited. We can talk further on this but for this Event, I need
to send it for review this evening.
       - The car park with a view, is a more interesting route but you
only pass two caches on route. This is why I asked what people
       thought.
       - The name - again I'm asking but time is very very limited.
       - Maps - not sure what the copyright rules are for using OS maps
on a cache description page but could attach a map showing the
       route up we are doing.
Do people think the times are OK i.e. meet at 10am and Event at
       12 noon?

All good, don't know the area so I would go for the walk that
allows the easiest access to the most caches.
Times look OK, do we want to car share and spread the cost?

       [member=3]walktall[/member] :
       - Yes, I know why it failed, that was the regular one anyway not
the On Tour one. Will it be too late if I sort it by 6pm?
       - I have contacted a reviewer myself to double-check. If they
can't justify why we can't link (we are not contradicting any
guidelines, I have carefully read) then I will think about
contacting GS directly to raise the issue for future events :)
If not, if I were you, add it when it's published as they won't
notice and that rule is ridiculous - we are doing NOTHING wrong
in it - read the guidelines! :D
       - I can copy and paste what you have written in to the HTML, and
add the new banner logo by 6pm, if that's not too late?
       - Okay, so we will go to that car park, or the other?
       - The name - Personally prefer your 'CacheWalker on Tour: Sugar,
anyone?', otherwise 'CacheWalker goes sweeter than sugar',
C'acheWalker on Tour: Sugarcandy Mountain', 'CacheWalker on
Tour: Sugar, Sugar' - or a new one which has a more obvious
reference to Sugar Loaf at first sight, I think the one you've
put for now is a little too ambiguous until you click the event
and find out more. But it still makes sense and will go with if
if everyone else wants to :)
       - Maps - okay, good idea, or link ( ::)) to here, could add it
to a temp page or just this thread.
And I think those times are ideal ;D
