So many good name suggestions, how will we ever choose :o ???
Had a look at those two routes last night, I couldn't work out
whether they pass any caches due to the lack of proper route
maps, however it didn't seem like it, other than the Earthcache
:-\ As there has been a YOSM there before, we don't need to
       email outforthehunt, right?
Can anyone else deduce whether the routes pass any caches? Or we
       could make up our own?
I'm thinking the shorter NT one (4 miles) will allow us to go
slower and enjoy our surroundings more, plus it's more
accessible for people, and it would give plenty of time for
people to explore the surrounding area e.g. the Blorenge.
However, the 6 mile one is more of a challenge, and that's
partly what On Tour events are about :-\ Thoughts?

Well, if you are after three of the traditional caches, it's
more which car park unless you want a longer walk.

And that's the one you said you normally use, which is slightly
       smaller ;) ;D

Right, I have drawn up four possible routes, two from each car
park. Not sure whether any of the written trails match these,
but these are drawn to target the caches :)
       Route 1:

       Route 2:

       Route 3:

       Route 4:

Feel free to draw up your own suggestion based on
       [member=3]walktall[/member] 's map.
Thoughts on my own above ???

First for those who haven't been to Sugarloaf, this will give
you an idea what it's like:

You could have many routes but if most of the caches are done
going up, then people can decide what they want to do after:
shortest route down or get that fifth cache or go for a wander:

Thanks for that terrain map WT :)
I like your idea - do you think it best to start at the left or
right car park? I'd say the right due to the length and it's
closer to the fifth cache. However, the terrain on the left
       reveals perhaps better views all-round?
When we decide, it'd be great to draw up a final one of thos
maps for the event page, showing the group route up and all the
possible ones down for people to choose at their own speed.
Also, good news about the partial reply - looks like we could
have an NT person coming along :) Did you mention caching at
       all?
