Like last time for the Perth Mega, I did a tour before getting
       to the Mega location.
This time I went via: Lancaster, Edinburgh, Ullapool, Stornoway
on Lewis, Thurso, Dunnet Head, John O' Groats, St Margaret's
Hope on Orkney and finally getting to the Ayr area. Afterwards
went home via: west coast road down to Mull of Galloway,
Kirkcowan to see an old friend staying over night and a couple
of Sidetracks off the M6 to break the journey home :)
The Mega itself was a very wet day which was a real shame after
the good weather before. Nothing particularly stood out, it was
easy to get to and plenty of parking. Had two chats with a
Lackely from HQ and wonder what his job was, as he didn't seem
to know anything about Lab caches - where is GS going with them,
Wherigos - are GS going to fix, Waymark site - are GS going to
make it usable. I know there were some people I missed there :(
       - too busy chatting  ::)
The evening after the Mega, it was lovely and I had a good walk
round Ayr caching, bumping into many cachers :)
The camp site I wasn't impressed with, (this was the fourth on
my trip,) as it wasn't a fully fledged camp site, so they had
added temporary facilities, all, for me, at the far end of the
site next to the permanent buildings.
Did I enjoy my tour - YES
       some great scenery ;D
visited some of the islands, which I would like to return to and
       to include Shetland ;D
I completed my goals I had set myself for the tour ;D

Really does make you wonder if:
1 - Do Lackeys actually cache? (Really cache, not just a couple
of easy caches and a Mega/Giga Event attended...)
2 - Do Lackeys talk to proper/real cachers (not just those they
       meet at Mega/Giga Events)?
OK, website management/app design writing etc., need people that
       know how to do such...
But when the free/trial/basic app has a lot of terminology -
that doesn't match that of the web site -how do they expect new
       cachers to understand things?
Or, do they know what is going on (as in 'dump them!') but are
       under orders to say nothing.

I think this justifies what Deci was saying in that people are
being hired to join GS, prior to becoming cachers, whilst the
company grew from cachers joining GS to help their hobby grow.
Did anyone question the Lackeys with regards to Deci's
       resignation? Or his comments?
Glad to see the event was good though :)
