       Oh no! What a shame!  :( Perhaps this was due to the already
       high water levels, therefore it was less noticeable?
       Someone you know? A CacheWalker/Cotswold Cacher?

       I had a good walk along the river, checking out where best to
       see the bore and ended up back next to TJ where I started :D The
       fields next to the river were flooded and the river side path I
       went along became impassable unless you had waders on  :o
       Had a good chat with The Wombles before the bore went by.
       Looks like you needed to be at the wider part of the Severn.

       There's a 4* bore daytime at the weekend coming up relatively
       soon - Sunday 2 March.  If river levels are lower than they were
       at the weekend then this might be worth a look.
