Caches between Fairford and Quenington, Glocs

Hi,
I found out about Geocaching because we went on a walk with my
parents and found a Cache hidden behind a log bench a mile or so
to the north of Fairford. Unfortunately I can't see this located
on the GC.com website. I also checked the OC.com site but no joy
there either.
I'm not a premium member - do I have visibility of "premium"
caches at GC.com? Otherwise has anyone else visited Caches in
this area and could tell me how to find them? :)
Otherwise I'll need to go back there sometime, and look more
closely at the logbook in the cache

Sounds like you have found one of the 'Great Cotswold Walk'
series. It is a series of 130 caches over approx 25 miles, but
unfortunately they are all premium caches so you won't be able
to see them.

I am going to guess that the cache then was this one: GC4AZD3 -
GCW #119

o/GC4AZD3. There are some photos posted in logs,
one of them will be be able to confirm if it is the cache you
found - PHOTOS (contains spoilers)

If this is the cache you found, you can still log it as a
non-premium member, but we might have to tell you how you can do

That's the one! :) no find for me yet as I didn't sign the log.
If I upgrade to premium I'll want to do at least part of the
mentioned series

This is one that's been on my radar for ageeessss.
Too late (in the year) to do the whole lot now :D - but I may
start doing parts of it... As and when I upgrade back to premium

It's a good walk and with the autumn colours, even better but
not sure how long some of the micro caches will last.

Agreed on all points. Have been impressed with Rooster who is
the main CO so far though, as any which have gone missing or
there have been problems with, he does get out and sort out
promptly. A bit of preventive maintenance could be done on a few
though I feel, by way of actually covering them with a rock, or
log to tie them down. I am quite surprised a few haven't just
blown away.

Well I'm planning a few caching trips to get back into it now,
so I'll definitely consider the GCW! :)
