       Have contacted all CWSBC participants who may not be seeing
       this, to give them a heads-up on the date.
       Several replies already, unfortunately several of them are
       working so cannot attend  :'(
       Now a question: If the hall is booked for 10, will hall be
       decorated/ tables set up between then and the walk depart? Or do
       we have access for this prior to 10?

       Depends how strict they are as we booked it from 10am to 3pm
       (which should include any set-up time) but I wouldn't have
       thought we could open that much earlier, perhaps 15 mins.
       If I give them enough notice when I drop the cheque round, Jo
       will show me how to put the heating on, so could ask then but
       that will not be till next week at the earliest. I hope now to
       get over to Adlestrop tomorrow morning for a quick scout round,
       as Jill will have her car back, so I will have mine :)

       And, I'm just thinking, do you think it not being in a pub like
       normal will push or pull people to attend?

       It might be more the day but we've discussed that already.
       Some may like it as they can bring their own, cutting down the
       cost :)

       Well, it's a lovely hall, lots of room, plenty of kitchen stuff
       including a dish washer (if we go mad!) and I've handed over the
       cheque :)
       I should think we can get in there to set up from 9:30am, as the
       heating needs to be turned on which will take a while to warm
       the place.
       I've also had a walk round the village taking pictures :)
