Ok, if you want to do the page then that's fine, it does make
sense I suppose if you have contact with the hall, although I do
always enjoy doing it :D ;) Already been having some ideas for
some little gif animations for the cache page ;D So if you come
to decide it would be easier for you otherwise, I'll very
happily do the page and then have any information with regards
to the hall fed through here... But at the end of the day, what
does it matter - it's not like a pub, once booked there's no
need to update on the hall :D :D For now will start putting
some code together for it.
I know it's to talk about on Monday, but time is on the essence!

Okay, so I've started to put together the code for the event
page for walk tall, if he wants to manage it, or myself if he
doesn't (see above :D).
As I've been doing this, I've come across a few issues that
perhaps we should start discussing now to have a few ideas in
the bag for Monday, if not, at least we have a bit of a guide
for what does need to be discussed :) :
- What's the deal with the raffle?
Should people bring things to contribute to it?
Will this not compromise Secret Santa? Prices of tickets?
- Wrighty, what's the length of walk?
And the terrain?
How long will it take…
- Time to meet for walk
Time to depart for walk
Start time of event, end time of event (i.e how long should we
book the hall for?)
- Should someone place a church micro at the church for those
who won't go on the walk?
- Where is there alternative parking (Only 20 cars in the
village hall, I think)
- Food, is there an active fridge in the hall for people to put
their lunch in before leaving for the walk, or does this not
matter?
- Anyone have a nice image of Adlestrop or a view towards
it/image from the walk (for the cache page... have this at the
moment)...

I have had a nagging feeling with me for the last week, I have
finally discovered what it is. I have double booked myself for
Monday so, unfortunately, I won't be able to make the meeting.
I was looking forward to my pub grub

Shame you can't make it. I still hope that I can, remember, I'm
not 100% sure that I can make it either :o
Therefore, I still think we should be discussing things on here,
that way other members such as yourself can contribute thoughts
etc. :D - if it's the fact that this is public discussion, I can
make a board which only ourselves can see ???

So, it could be just the wrighty's and me going to the pub :o
It's easier to talk face to face and discuss different ideas but
looks like we will have to do it here.
