A lot of planning to do to get the listing out on time, should
we wait until after the meeting before contacting the village
hall?
My dad leaves again on the 18th but I could still try and get to
the Snowshill Arms by 7:30 :)

So let's start getting ideas in the bag for the event?
-CWSBC Awards - hopefully if Dobunnies can come we'll ask them
to bring the trophy! I've got un activated geocoins Mel gave me
as prizes, little trophies too.
- CacheWalker Forum Awards - little trophies, maybe some
chocolate goodies, if we do them again this year
- Secret Santa
- Raffle (to raise money to cover hall cost)

Just thinking about times?
We'd need to set up the tables etc beforehand, unless someone
who isn't going on the walk does that. Then of course pack it
all away once everyone has left. So what do you all think would
be a suitable time frame for this?
I'm doing nothing this afternoon, so if you'd like I can start
putting together the cache page to fill in as things develop so
it's good to go soon after the meeting without having to worry
about making it. Although I would happily do so, if someone else
wants to manage the listing, then I can just pass the code on
and they can amend as they like. :) Sound like a good idea?

Griff - Thought this is the sort of thing we would talk about on
Monday?
As far as the listing goes, I thought I would do this as it
looks like I'll be booking the hall but if you want to start the
code, OK :)
