Made contact with the people who look after the hall.
The 22 Dec is not available and there is a minimum of 2 hours
per booking. The cost as wrighty said is £6 per hour.

So that rules out the 22nd. Probably the 21st too, as I'm
guessing Wrighty works on Saturdays :-\
So that leaves 4th/5th OR the 29th, but then I couldn't attend
:'(
Time go get a poll up for the Weekly Poll... Have included 29th
as an option as I don't want to be an obstacle, as much as I
would like to help and of course attend :)
ALTHOUGH I have had more thoughts on this: I think, personally,
the 22nd is the best date for the event - it's before Christmas
so there'll be plenty of buzz about, it'll be festive and
exciting... Leaving it for the new year, it wouldn't have the
same excitement-effect which Twixmas does...
Therefore, I suggest we possibly re-consider the venue for the
Coach and Horses: yes there's food to sort out, but all it is
really is keeping a talley and giving that to the pub on the
day. End the CWSBC early, this could be done fairly if we email
participants advising them a month-couple of weeks before. Plus,
no one will have leftovers as it would be before Christmas, so
it produces a huge food issue for the village hall.
Just some thoughts. :)

The 22nd is the WORST date for an event as families are very
busy doing last minute preparation for Xmas.
I still think 29th is the best date for most people.

It certainly is good for wrighty as the cache placer and has
placed some more caches already ;D
BUT, the only people who said they would organise the Event
itself, can't make the 29th :(
I know it is difficult to please everyone but we need someone to
organise the Event if it is to be on the 29th?

That's what I understood :)
I'm not sure next Monday is so good now, I thought meeting at
the event replaced the meeting :D I could still try to get
there though.

I know we said that we were waiting on wrighty's work schedule
to see if the 30th was OK but I can still make the Snowshill
Arms this coming Monday, what time did we say 7-7:30pm?
