Pictures on a cache page

Hi. Can anyone help please? We are planning some new caches but
how do I get a picture on the cache listing page? In plain
English for the non-techie would be appreciated!

Handy site!
Load the images to the cache page, via a Note log, saves having
to worry about accounts on other 'storage' sites.
(And helps those on phones!)
