"Not really what I was looking for, for a milestone. " At least
it will be memorable B&R, even if for the wrong reasons :-\ Well
done on finding 1000! :) Which one was 999?
Have only found a couple of almost cache 'n' dashes in Wales.
Hope you have a good time higster :)
In the past month I have actually only found one cache! :o Am
so, so busy :( I could do with trying to find one to relax my
mind a bit, might go try and find one today whilst we are out.
Sometime this coming week though I hope to find my first cache
outside of the UK :)

Sure will be memorable!
Caching by phone, phone battery dies just as the flash fires to
photograph the log!
And then to find my lift, who I cant contact, due to no phone!
:o
Cache 999 was a Virtual. (And one of the 'older' UK caches, even
at being placed November 2003)
Lighthouse Hunt - Brighton/Shoreham-on-Sea
HTML http://coord.inf
o/GCH600
Have been past it on the bus, and knowing I was going to be
close, made a point of getting it this time.
Just a little 'miffed' as recently I've been close to:
Echoes of Echoes
HTML http://coord.inf
o/GCG1VH
Steam bricks! ( Co. Durham )
HTML http://coord.inf
o/GC62D7
Under Water? ( Cleveland )
HTML http://coord.inf
o/GCAB1B
and
Steam Power (Swindon, Wiltshire)
HTML http://coord.inf
o/GCG0Q7
Just not close enough, or enough time to divert, in order to get
a find on them.

Today I went caching :o - The NottHill series, a short little
walk which we (and Fizz the puppy) thoroughly enjoyed ;D
Stunning views all around, and twelve nice caches - couldn't
think of a better way to spend the morning! I recommend! :)

I have 'found' two of those four virtual caches you mention, I
hope to be able to pay Steam Bricks a visit at some point, just
after a days work in the North East I just want to get home :)

I've been on FB for the last 5 hours :o
Our village has been without water since 6am this morning :o :o
:o
We still don't have water but we should by mid-night :o
Been busy on FB/email/phone, as has a lot of the village, trying
to find out what is going on, who is fixing the issue and when
will we get water. I've just been able to talk a bit higher up
the chain than Customer Service, as I've met the MD of our new
(take over in Jan 2014) Water providers :)

water :o
