       CacheWalker Splash Mob
By: Griff Grof Date: March 5, 2013, 11:57 am

Well, as we approach the next event, it is time to start
       thinking what is next ;D
Luckily we discussed it at the meeting for the first, and are
thinking of a Splash Mob (Bourton on the Water) with a tropical
beach theme and have proposed the date as June 30th
Do you still want to organise it walk tall?
Any thoughts, and discussions here ;D

I know the post wasn't really directed towards me, but I just
wanted to say that a Splashmob there is a great idea. I know it
has been done at least once before as I have attended one, 2011
I think. Locals and tourists alike thought us mad I'm sure. If
this goes ahead I will definitely be there for that one.

Yes, it will be fun and is very local to me ;D

This is directed to everyone who wants to join in! ;D The same
as anyone beyond the regulars who wants to organise a
CacheWalker event can do so if they wish, and post it here
(other wise it doesn't count :P ;) ) - everyone can join in
and contribute, here, and in other circumstances, if they so
wish - your comments/views, and anyone else's, are more than
       welcome ;D
Back to the event... Yes there was a 2011 one. I was due to
attend but couldn't make it in the end. Think it was walk tall
and Wrighty who suggested at Twixmas for another one to be held
       there in the warmer months.
If they thought you were all mad normally gathering and jumping
in the river, what will they think when we jump in in exotic
       beach gear? :o
Note that I'm also hoping to organise a classic CacheWalker
(picnic?) event in late July/August, but haven't decided
       anything for certain yet

I love Bourton on the Water. It's a place I have marked to take
a good friend who lives in Belgium to visit when she finally
makes it over to my part of the world. Even if you arranged an
event that didn't involve getting the tootsies wet, I would
       still come.
I'll watch closely this thread for further news. If you need
need any help arranging then let me know, I'll do what I can :)

       Thanks ;D
Yes, Bourton is a lovely place, I was there this afternoon
whilst the car was getting its tyres replaced, and the river was
just lovely under the setting sun. Got some good photos whilst
there. Even managed to find a cache :o ;D (using a PHONE :o
       :D)
