Not a lot really. Worth reading the forums.
Ever want to find out some caching fact from the caches you've
found? Bet there's either a macro already there, or someone on
the forum will knock one up for you!

This video doesn't appear to show that you can do a PQ of the
caches you can see on the map, I consider this to be GC.com most
useful feature.
