I have looked at a number of these other sites and have signed
up. Already have a sponsor on one of them. I hope that this will
dilute the negative effects that the situation has caused.
Thanks for all your help and comments I will let this thread run
as it is good to hear everything that has been said.

Despite my best efforts to engage with the reviewer and
Groundspeak. My efforts have fallen on deaf ears. My reviewer
has now told me to contact Groundspeak and request another
reviewer and he is disabling any caches I submit .

This is most annoying as I need to get a number of reviews
completed in order for the caches to be live in time for
5/1/2013 and I also have an entry for Birdies Peach Jar
Challenge which has taken almost a month to sort out and
       Build.

Without giving too much away about the plans for your new
caches, are you able to say what sort of problems you have hit
against with the reviewers? Is it landowner permission related,
       or is it something else?

Trying not to go into a rant
The issues are not relating to landowner permission but over
zealous interpretation of Guidelines when reviewing my caches
compared with what they allow others to write or where they are
       allowed to place caches.
This reviewer seems to have had it in for me for some time and I
have tried to work round and with them to resolve issues without
success. There is nothing unique about the caches that they have
most recently disabled Although one makes little sense now as I
have had to remove the name of the historic building it relates
to so as to not infringe soliciting rules. It is like a Church
micro without the name of the Church being mentioned. Also they
will not publish my descriptions if they contain information
       they consider "unnecessary".
The cache I have been working on For BPJC2 is a multi part of
which is to be done during the day and finished as a night
cache. Full permissions have been obtained and a months work put
in so far to build place and hide some of the most bizarre
puzzles I have ever made. Yet as the reviewer is disabling any
cache I submit there is little point of even submitting it.
In the past they have made me move a cache because it was 1m too
close to another. Is this not being a little too pedantic?

I have never had such problems myself. I have had to change the
location of a multi final once, because I had sat it in an area
marked scheduled monument, but that is all. That was my fault, I
had not checked the map properly.
Not publishing caches because the reviewers consider description
information to be not necessary, I find interesting. Could be
lots of possible scenarios there. If unnecessary information is
being used in a fun way to mask the true direction of how to
solve a puzzle, as long as the puzzle is solvable that shouldn't
       be a problem.
1m too close is technically breaking their publishing
guidelines. I would like to think that reviewers would give in a
little for situations where moving a cache 1m is out of the
question. It would certainly be better than falsifying the
coords slightly to get published which I have heard of in the
past. But I have not had that experience personally and so
couldn't say if they ever bend. Maybe other more experienced
       members here know differently.
I hope groundspeak are able to assign you another reviewer
quickly, and that things work out for you.

It would interesting to hear a reviewers comments on how they
review and what guide lines they work to that they can not
'bend' the rules on. Or would they not admit to such things, as
cachers may use this to 'bend' the rules themselves knowing it
       would get published.
I certainly now check with Magic Map
  HTML http://www.follow-the-arrow.co.uk/resources/magic.html
       my
co-ordinates as this is a tool the reviewers use and have to
rely on (even if it is wrong!) as they can't travel to a cache
site to check or try and find the information on the net - we
just wouldn't get any caches published!
I know Groundspeak are VERY adverse to any form of advertising
even if it isn't meant e.g. I will only mention the pub's name
once for an Event and any caches I publish to co-inside with the
Event, I may only mention it once in the first cache as a
possible parking spot and refer to it as "the near by pub".
