Have you ever heard anything so daft??

Okay I have to admit I actually said this today and it was not
until my companion laughed that I realised what I had done.
I was out doing some maintenance on some of my caches and we met
back at the car and I realised I had left my GPS at one of the
places i had been. Off we head back the way i had came and soon
found it on the ground safe and okay. I turned and said
"I am so relieved I don't know where I would be without my GPS"
So am I the only one or have you heard or said something daft
       while caching.
I have a few more I will confess when I have heard your
       confessions

That humoured me :) A good amount of the time I am alone when
out caching, or at least I don't have human companions with me.
I am sure I talk a load of baloney to Roxy (my dog) when I am
out, but she never tells me, though she does give me the odd
       funny look.
I have had the occasional time when I have been out with
xJammmzy though and I have realized I have said something daft.
Not really to him, just me talking to myself, but he has picked
up on it. An example of my daft talking to myself I guess would
be, one time going into an underground cache I said "oh, it's a
bit dark in here", to which there was sudden "no s**t Sherlock"
       from him behind me.
