Yes it is tricky... Well, we're obviously not going to find a
date any time soon so maybe a discussion on the Members only
board to get things going again until we all have a spare
moment? Or just keep waiting... That reminds me I need to pop
into the pub to sample their lemonade and to sort out timing and
whether they are happy for us to meet in their car park, or if
the village hall would be a better place for us all to meet...
:D

OK
I have been out to Guiting Power today and have sorted out a
nice walk on good paths/tracks and just a tad over five miles in
length and not too muddy.So far have placed six caches and
waymarked a couple more potential spots.
As its hard to settle on a night for a meeting i would like to
propose that we meet on a sunday lunchtime so how about sunday
nov 11 at the Farmers Arms.
At least the ball is now rolling.

November 11th at the Farmers Arms for Lunch sounds okay for me,
should I contact the pub beforehand to sort out the times we can
have the function room for on the day of the big event, or
should we do that when we meet?

The reason i suggested the Farmers Arms is that we can sort out
food etc etc whilst there.Always easier sorting things out face
to face.
