The kind reviewer has also agreed to publish the caches at 07.00
on the morning of the event,this should give attendees time to
put them in their gps etc.will post a note on the cache page.

Hows the numbers for food going,maybe time to give the pub a
idea of the numbers and choices.
Have got a quiz sorted.

Due to cancellations we have 39 who have pre-ordered and 43 in
total who have said they wanted food
