Yes, I am keeping a talley ;D
Will update the event page when 45 people are saying they are
eating and that they can only cope with up to 50, so first come
first served.
What do you think about the vegetarian option? The Cuthies and
Max frowned upon it, macaroni cheese, and requested that we
negotiate another option with the pub - what do you think? I
think that would upset the pub ;)

Does anyone want to supply a prize for it? We'll use the names
from the secret Santa to draw the winner, presumably (though not
everyone will be in that draw :-\)

Pre-printed little slips with all the cachers names on them who
said they will attend and some blank slips. Then asked cachers
as they arrived to find their slip and put it into the FTF draw
box.

With ref to the eating arrangements.This was always going to be
the biggest problem/headache.When i first spoke to Sandra at the
pub i mentioned sandwiches,soup/stew format but she insisted
they were fine doing indvidual meals.Should have stuck to my
guns.
Asking the pub for another veggie option should do no
harm,afterall we are going to give them some good trade.
Talking of food off to have my roast now.
