I have a magnet!!!!

I have inherited a magnet about the size of a small tea plate. I
stuck it on a flat metal plate yesterday and I could just about
get it off again with a rather large crowbar. :o
Now, there has to be potential for some sort of amusing cache
with that sort of magnetism. ;D
Any ideas ??? ::)

[li]You have to hang from the magnet to get the cache :o[/li]
[li]The magnet is hidden just above head height and you have to
carry some metal object above your head to find the cache

Magnets can be easier to remove, if you 'slide' them off of
whatever they are stuck on.

When I say its a magnet, I mean it is a MAGNET. If it's on a
good surface it doesn't slide. I am 16 stone and I was hanging
off it.
It is currently hiding in my shed, away from all TV's, phones,
camera's etc.
