In game name at time of ban - Maid
Date of ban - 7/13/2014
Reason you feel you should be unbanned - The ban reason is:
"Bombing the mining station killing multiple people in the
process.", which lasts 7200 minutes. This ban was applied by
coolfoolftw. A person playing as a character, "Hans", ran
around killing people. A person in OOC complained "help hans
killed me in bar, the jerk" so I went to investigate, tasing and
handcuffing Hans. A player named Leon S. Kennedy tased me and
uncuffed Hans, paradoxically stating, "I don't approve of
murder", while Hans beat me to death with an energy axe. I
ghosted and saw them hiding together in a locker on the mining
station, where I then respawned and threw a Minibomb on them, in
revenge, and to avenge all those who were killed by them. They
complained in OOC stating that they have an IC reason to do so,
saying, "We are cultist Nazis, therefore it's allowed." To
which I replied, "I am a vigilante, so I can kill you for doing
so.", to which they complained "That's not a good reason, I'm
screenshoting this minibomb and getting your jew ass banned."
TL,DR; A player forgot to say what THEY did wrong to an admin,
therefore making it look like I minibombed them for no reason,
and thus I got banned.
I was told minibombs are banned, but really, does the end
justify the means? Are the rules more important than justice?
IN ADDITION, when Hans and Leon S. Kennedy respawned, they tried
to shoot me to death with Gyrojets, I anticipated this and wore
an ACJ, so I was alright, and shot them to death with a 1911
instead. I fixed the damage afterwards, I got banned in the
middle of trying to do so.

The ends do not justify the means. The rules still stand.
Minibombing still counts as grief and so the ban is justified.
From what I'm reading of this ban, you did an awful lot of
killing. Four days is reasonable for such an offense.

how absurd, i would have sent an ahelp but there were no admins
on. they killed far more people than i have, for no reason, and
i only killed them in self-defense, after they tried to kill me
time and time again despite me telling them to stop. of course
they aren't serving a ban sentence for this, right? of course
not.
absolutely outrageous, everything i did was good, they made
personal attacks towards me. they lied to admins so they could
get me banned, forgetting to tell them what they did wrong.
they got upset at me for racial slurs, despite calling me "Such
a jew". but of course, what am i to expect from a server like
this. take a look at my last ban appeal, i had to get a friend
on the inside to unban me.

I am sorry you feel this way, but the rules stand. We are
working to ban the others that had offended you and others. The
next time something like this happens, please post on the grief
report forum instead of taking things into your own hands.
