Secret Santa Gift Exchange Guidelines & Sign Up

Guidelines
Our Delightful Elf will be making an appearance this year and
anyone wishing to participate in our Secret Santa Gift Exchange
will have the opportunity to [color=white]sign up between Nov
1-15. Our Delightful Elf will draw the names and pm you with
your secret santa recipient name between Nov 16-17. We would
ask that all gifts be pm'd back to our Delightful Elf by
November 30th so our elf can deliver them.
** we are limiting the maximum gift amount to 2 sets
This is open to designers AND non designers. For those who
don't design, you can get gifts from our GAN & CD Auctions,
premades, the Catwalk Sales Board or from some of our talented
designers who have boards on our forum. [/color][/font]

[font=times new roman]Delivery & Pick Up guidelines
I (Delightful Elf) will be posting the Secret Santa Gift
deliveries on this board by the recipient name. All deliveries
are scheduled to be made between Dec 1-5.
We would ask that the recipient leave a post letting us know
that they have received and saved their gift.
Once recipients have posted their thank you, members can post
any extra gifts they'd like to give on the thread.[/font]

1. Exact name you want on the av, be sure the spelling is
correct and any extra characters are clearly shown so the
designer can copy and paste for accuracy.
2. extra text - if room is there any extra text you'd like on
the av?
3. size restrictions ? (ie: max height 450)
4. do you have any model preferences?
5. blonde, brunette, redhead - any preference?
6. color likes or dislikes?
7. any specific design elements (ie frames, scripty font) you
like or dislike?
8. any additional information you wish to share with the
designer:

loves pinks and softer pastel colors

thin frames or none, likes scripty fonts
