I don't see any mention of neon or liquid cooling ;)
I haven't built anything in quite a while, but it seems like it
should be a pretty beefy machine

no pink neon cooling, utter didnt need a new machine so i didnt
have to spec out any of the pink girly shit.
as for beefy, the gpu and the cpu are essentially best in class
on the market so i'm certainly going to enjoy that. the m2.nvme
drives are the older 970 EVOs instead of the newer EVOs but
3500MB/s certainly wont bottleneck me since if have 2 of them on
this machine now (a 500G OS drive and 1TB game drive, which i am
just doubling each of with this build).

That's a very stout gaming computer.
That PSU is just a TAD overkill - it could literally run two of
those computers.
Might I suggest:

i got the psu because the 850s are not enough (ive read a ton of
problem posts on ebay, newegg and amazon about 3090s having
problems particularly in cases with tons of fans which mine has
craptons including multiple 140s). a 1000 will work but seems
like there is more selection at 850 and 1200 than 1000. Both of
my current machines (my 3770k and my 8700k) have 1200s because i
was running two 980s then two 1080s so over 1000w was warranted.
in that link you shared the 1000w is almost 300 while the 1200
im getting (both evga) is only 209. that doesnt seem like
terrible value proposition).
