Myth of Empires

Myth of Empires is a PvE/PvP multiplayer game that's sort of a
mashup of Conan Exiles/Ark/Mount and Blade. The game is set in
medieval China. It has animal taming, farming, Lots of tree
chopping and rock smashing. I know a lot of us are really into
that kind of stuff. ;D I've been playing it for a few days to
see if it's any good. It was just released into early access on
the 18th so it's a little rough in spots, but overall I think
it's going to be a good game.

They have official servers but you can also get private servers
from providers like G-Portal. (A 16 slot server is $17.50 a
month from G-Portal. That was the least expensive one I found
so far.)
The game has an extensive crafting recipe tree. I read that the
game features something like 1200 different weapons. For those
that have played Icarus, it's similar in that you have a tech
tree (for crafting recipes) and a skill tree (for perks on
things like gathering, crafting etc.).
The game is made by Chinese developers so there are some
translation issues that make some things a little hard to
undertand, but it hasn't been too difficult to figure out the
mechanics so far. It does have Invert Mouse (for Utter!). As I
mentioned above, it is Early Access so you can expect a few bugs
and things that don't quite work as you'd expect.
I know Utter and JW are both interested and I already bought it.

Yes, I have been watching some ESO youtube channel play of this
and it looks good. It has taming animal (Horse) for Tank!
Seems to be of for SP, but mostly need coop to have most fun. I
am in if yall will try. I think we should rent own server, I
will pitch in on cost if we do.

After playing this for a few hours I think that it might be best
to hold off for a few months and see how it develops. I've been
having fun playing it single player but I think a lot of that is
just because it's a shiny new thing. My biggest concern is that
because it's designed as a multiplayer PvP game, we would run
out of stuff do do pretty quickly.
