Worksets

How many worksets do you have implemented at the beginning of a
project? Do you consider it better to have just one and let the
people work? Or, do you take a more rigid approach right from
the beginning?

we have a script that runs; In Revit 2017 they click on
Collaborate and then select the Collaborate within your network
in the background all the standard worksets are added. We have
13 standard worksets.
I never like a user to start a project with no worksets, way
more work to move elements to the correct workset.
Make it simple and they will use it.

Having a script is a great way to insure consistency! Do you use
the exact same worksets on every project? Depending on the size
of the building, the client and other factors, we have needed to
add or remove worksets to both help with how the drawings look
and for QA/QC.
