Hello,
I have done some test in laptops with resolution 1366 x 768 and
when you open the program, the header of the window is not
visible, there are 2 "tricks" you can do to solve but i think
that's not the solution, you can change the resolution once the
program is opened and back to the original again, and the window
header appears, and the other is moving one of the sides of the
window...
The threshold doesn´t apear, still working, but doesn´t show the
debug image.
oh, and one last thing, last installation step --> "create
desktop icon", icon is not created.
I have test this things under OS Windows XP and Windows 7, with
same results.

Thanks for the feedback. The resolution issue and shortcut
creation issue are solved now and will be available on next
update. I'm not sure about the cause for the threashold display
issue but will keep it in mind for further versions.
