       Cannot see the material of the 3D model

       Hey guys,
       I am kind of new to BuildPro. Hope you guys could help me!
       I have built my 3D model mapped with materials in 3ds max. When
       I imported my 3d model into BuildAR, the model could be shown
       sucessfully, but the part of the model mapped with material
       turned into grey.
       
       I wonder if it is because the file format of the 3d model is
       incorract. I have tried to export my 3D models from max into
       different file formats (e.g. osg, ive, 3ds,etc), but all turns
       out the same problem.
       Also, I have put all the 3D file and materials file on desktop,
       to make sure there are all at the same location.

       has sabido algo del material??? a mi me pasa exactamente lo
