Issue with video on marker

Dear Support,
We are trying to get a video to appear on a marker. We have
succesfully imported it and we can see it play and pause and all
that in the editor, but when we export the file and try to open
the file using the .bat file BuildAR Viewer Pro consistently
crashes. We have tried it on both a labtop and a tablet.
Reopening the file in the editor does not seem to cause any
problems.
can you help us out to get the file containing the video to open
on the tablet?

What version of BuildAR are you using? Could you send us the
.scn and .bat files at support@buildar.org to assess the
situation?

seems we kind of fixed the issue.
for all markers we make relative paths in the bat/scn.
this works for all, except the movies.
movies seems to be needing an exact path in the .bat, else the
application stops working.
