       Can I save a recorded video of my session with BuildAR to a file
       ?

       Yes, you can do this, but not from within BuildAR itself.
       BuildAR does not support video recording, but you can easily use
       a separate program such as CamStudio or Fraps to record what
       happens on the screen while you are using BuildAR.
