       Hi there,
       BuildAR Free supports only a few file formats and not all the
       features in them.  I would recommend to try these if you have
       the time:
       - Try creating a very simple version of your model.  If it works
       fine, then you can add more features and test again.  Do this
       until it gives you the problem again.  This would give an
       indication of what is not supported.
       - Alternatively you might like to try exporting to .ive or .osg
       file formats as this sometimes give better results.  You can use
       this plugin for Max for exporting to this alternative file
       formats:
