       [li]Verts are easy to add wedges to, making them a great counter
       to horizonals

       pushes the bot downward, and that force can then be transmitted
       back up during the hit, making verts more energy-efficient than
       horizontals, which recoil sideways and thus waste more
       energy.[/li]

       [li]Like other spinners, verts can be fussy and fragile
       sometimes.[/li]
       [li]Vertical spinners are hard to make, more so than
       horizontals.[/li]
       [li]Verts generally do poorly in weapon-to-weapon hits with full
       body spinners (such as in Bite Force II's matches with Decimator
       IV).[/li]
       [li]Because of how most bots are built, verts often have
