in the genres of action and science fiction. Apart from being a
hobby, it is also good for increasing one's vocabulary.

       Dear Mr Cloud
       Dear Mrs Cloud
       Dear Miss Cloud
       Dear Sir or Madam
       Dear Ms Cloud
Any other forms of addressing a person will not be valid for
       formal letters.

(If you don't know the person's name)
       Signature
       Introduction:
       Why are you writing?
Where did you get the information?
       Be as accurate as possible!
       The main body:
Give details in one or several paragraphs.
       No irrelevant information!
       Conclusion:
Depends on the type of letter
       Closing statement:
-I look foward to hearing from You.
-I look foward to Your reply
Any other closing statements should be checked with Mr. Haroon
as they may not be allowed.
In conclusion you must write what is your desire (from someone)
       to be fulfilled.
Also give some suggestions how something can be achieved.
       Style:
Formal language and grammar must be used!
       No short forms!
       No slang or colloquial language!
       Be factual rather than emotional!
       Task:
-You need a library in your area. Address a letter to the Head
Education Department of your city proving that the people of
your area actually need it. (This doesn't need to be done for
       the time being.)
