       Warning System

       So from now on the community will be making use of a resource
       this forum hoster naturally gave us: The Warning System. Every
       Admin will be able to raise/decrease the warning level of ANY
       user(except for Admins, of course). Here's a list of things that
       can increase your warning level and how much of it they
       increase, respectively:
       • Any Post misplacement: 5% Warning Level Gain
       • Any Double-Topic'ing(Making two topics about the same fucking
       thing): 5% Warning Level Gain
       • Posting Offensive Material(Porn): 10% Warning Level Gain/
       Second Warning: 15%/ Third Warning: 20%
       • Flame: 10% Warning Level Gain/ Second Warning: 20%/ Third
       warning: 30%
       • Admin Insulting: 30% W.L Gain/ Second Warning: Up to the
       insulted Admin's choice.
       • Spam: 10% Warning Level Gain/ Second Warning: 15%/ Third
       Warning: 20%
       • Double-Accounting: 25% Warning Level Gain
       OBS: More restrictions will be added with time
       With this system, we hope to be able to fairly control the
       activity of this community, keeping order and organization as
       well. With the rise of your W.L, you will firstly be included in
       Admin's watchlist. Wheter you keep breaking these rules to the
       point where you get 60% W.L, you won't be able to post untill
       your W.L has decreased to the minimum amount(0%). DON'T TAKE
       THIS PERSONALLY, ADMINS ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB TO KEEP THIS
       FORUM ALIVE, so if you ever recieve any of those warnings,
       crying won't help decreasing your current level, instead it will
       only show you as weak and poor in front of our view. Criticizing
       an Admin's warning issue is strictly forbidden, since we discuss
       wheter you have to be warned or not, even if you clearly broke
       one of the items listed above. We will take a close look and
       analyze using both common and critic sense.
       P.S:ALLWarning Levels will be lowered to 0% at the 1st(FIRST)
       day of every month.
