Penquin has picked up the pace again. A lot will depend on the
Doldrums
Well done to IG and Datsy getting north of the equator, and
Dutchy should be round the Horn today.
Terrible Atlantic on board B9 which all stemmed from going East
in a bid to make up time I'd thrown away at the horn. Now just
waiting for a restart weather window.

Hi Skippers,
Mean while back in the South Pacific, LK has picked up some
speed (33kts) and it should last for a couple of days ;-)
Currently about 3000nm from the Gate 4 and my nav is starting to
investigate possible routes northwards. Currently it looks like
a sharp turn to port and up the coast for a day or 2.
Gadget now seems to be pushing headwinds but B9 looks to be good
to transitioning well.

Yes, still slogging to windward, but the signs are good for the
wind to turn more favourably in a couple of days.
Good to see you making swift progress, LK. We on IG can only
dream of 33kts!
