We have a number of routing plans across our group: IG further
north, LK in the middle and B9 & HF heading for the deep south.
I understand Greening have had a serious hairy accident -
everyone is safe & well but the boat will not take any further
part in the race!!

Hi Guys, like Roland I am going south in search of strong winds
but it looks like I'm too far west. I have been able to get
your boats shown as friends although it required my PC rather
than iPad, so at least i can see how far behind I am! Mike

Looks like most of the high winds are going north after Prince
Edward, but I have nothing to gain by following them from my
southern position, so I'm going to try to stay South. Could be
painful watching the fleet sail away again.

I'm committed to a southerly route too, and the longer-term
forecast looks ok if we hold our nerve!
I'm having trouble finding you all as friends too, Mike. Can't
find a way to keep you on my plot. Still haven't worked out
what the Friends? button means. Anyone else cracked this?

Hi Rob, I could only get the game to show you guys as friends
with green boats by doing it on a desk top PC. The iPad or
iPhone would not do so. The method is to search for each boat
and once found click on the little silhouette in the bottom left
corner of the display. This turns green and when another search
is done the boats show as marked on your chart. Oddly enough,
once done on my PC the boats became marked with a green dot on
the iPad and my phone. Mike

Thanks, Mike. It seems to work ok on my PC but not yet on my
iPad. I'll keep trying!
