Not too sure about the "Good Call" - I overshot as did not want
to use a nav card - I was busy cleaning the boat before winter
arrives. I'm better prepared this year and most of the outside
jobs should be finished this week. Then it's time to focus on
the inside - replace radiators, update the toilet, fit a
galvanic isolator etc

Sounds like living afloat has its benefits and its challenges -
but it must be a really nice way of life.
I had my last sail of the year yesterday in gorgeous weather and
a fair breeze. The marina wants all boats out by end-October to
dredge - needs doing, but rather curtails the season: it can be
great to be afloat in the winter.
